"A beautiful property with lovely staff. We can definitely recommend one of the newer rooms with a direct ocean view; we even saw dolphins from our balcony! Also, be sure to book the Sandwich Harbour tour through them. Our guide was amazing, and we had so much fun. The location is great too, with restaurants and coffee spots nearby."
"Lovely staff - friendly and helpful.
The room was standard and basic. WiFi was super slow and when other guests were in the hotel it was basically 3G speeds.
The location is not great. There is not much in the area and transport is difficult if you don’t have your own rental car."
"The property is clean, tidy, well maintained and centrally located with easy access to downtown (3-5) minutes away and within walking distance to the harbour front and ocean. Harbour front ( next to yacht club) has nice restaurants and plenty of excursion options. Oh, yes and the Meransha staff are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. 10/10"
"I felt that this property displayed discrimination, because we were told that the information saying that the room wasn’t paid for when my [black] brother went to check in. I wasn’t there. And I had to call Expedia to resolve the matter."
"What an amazing place and the mgt. was so kind and considerate. I went back twice on my return and was in a bind as I was driving late at night. The mgt. helped organize a room through security since they were not on site due to my timing. So helpful and when mingling with guests there was only a positive vibe (both times)."
