"This is a brand new hotel, unfortunately who ever built it didn't know what they were doing. Upon arrival the hotel looks very impressive, however in the rooms, the doors don't fit, with large gaps all around, letting in traffic noise and also lots of bugs. Room was dirty and full of ants, the wash basin drained onto the floor, I assume a blocked pipe, and my 2 minute shower flooded the entire bathroom. "If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. Complimentary pickup/dropoff service...

"This place is absolutely beautiful! The staff are super friendly and professional! The buffet breakfast was delicious! The bed is the most comfortable bed I had in Malaysia (and I stayed at 8 different places) The sound proofing from outside/ street noise was perfect 👌 Parking is very close to the front door. It's only a 5 minute drive to the busy Cenang beach. Highly recommend this place!!"
