"Basic, good enough value for money.
Old, built of hard materials, so all noise like doors slamming and foot steps are noisy.
Trams run all night, so rooms facing the street are noisy"

- the guy at the helpline didn‘t know how to solve the codebox problem, then gave me WRONG INFORMATIONS
- I had to wait until someone came out of the building to get in - FOR THREE DAYS IN A ROW!
- the...
"How to start!? I'm visiting this Hotel for more than 10 years now, almost every year! It was a well kept, immaculately clean Hotel (Mader) with gorgeous staff in every way. It was a pleasure to stay here. Things changed with the new ownreship radically. Entering the lobby area the carpet is dirty, the reception area is neglected, desk spotted, the remain of the food wrapping is visible. The Concierge himsef showed unkempt impression wearing wrinkled clothes, messy hair... I made reservation and...
Ansonsten alles gut. Wirklich sehr nettes Personal. Essen top und Zimmer ebenfalls. Danke."
