"Was kept routed to and fro from hotel lobby by the ushers without knowing where and whom to contact when checking in. The contact given by the booking was not in service. When we checked abt the hot pool, they have us wrong timing. We planned n rushed back to the homestay to go swimming..only to realise it was closed. We called back to check on the timing and the person said sorry. He forgot."

"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient."

"The place was occupied and booking by another tenants, it was make me waste my time to drive there and have not rest for whole night. Even the owner replace a new unit but with bad condition and dirty. "
