"Don’t stay here. Their rooms are very poorly remodeled. When we showed up the door wasn’t locking, also the sensors for the A/C was broken and it wouldn’t turn on. So much for being a resort. Also the detergent took my money and didn’t dispense my box of soap. Then the phone in the room kept going off and there was nobody calling."
"Great! Great! Great! 1 week stay at Napili Kai , we have a great time. Definitely recommend to families with small children, Napili bay is the best beach for small children. We booked a family studio and it had everything we needed, we really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen."
"Only 1.5 miles from the downtown area. Nice and quiet. The hammocks throughout the property make it even easier to unplug and relax. Will absolutely visit again once the restaurant opens again."
"The view from the condo was great. Easy beach access. Fun kid pool for the littles. Restaurant on site had good food and great drinks (with a heavy pour!), relaxing koi pond. We went at a time when they were changing out all their couches and so there were long wait times for the elevator. I would have been fine using the stairs but we had elderly family members who were inconvenienced. Also, one of the windows in one of the bedrooms was locked and so couldn’t get fresh air in that bedroom."
"Check in was easy! Had to use both the land phone and my cellphone. Battery fell out of the land phone on my part lol but they were prompt even using my cellphone. Room was clean and everything like the photos and some. The cabanas were perfect for my fair leading lady, so great for shade! Staff was kind and prompt! Definitely will return!"
"Very nice place to stay with family. Love the amenities. Easy acces to basicly everything. Great beach within 2 minutes walking distance. Very safe area. In average our stay was very good. Will recommend for sure"
"We loved how quiet everything was. Loved being so close to the beach. My husband usually has the television playing as he sleeps, so not having a tv he used he’s game console. That’s probably the only thing that was a downside."
"No staff on site, property looked trashy, stayed somewhere else. Supposed to call a phone number on the door to an unknown person and give credit card info to check in. Too bad this dump is in such a nice place, should be bulldozed for extra beach parking."
"Room was amazing, the view was great. Only thing that was slightly annoying was dealing with Kahana Sands as a check in desk and some confusion about doing the activities they host as a Kahana Villas guest. But overall, the stay was amazing."
"There’s no jacuzzi as advertised. The unit is a bit run down. It was clean and had the basic amenities but needs better maintenance. Overall it was a nice stay."
