"Staff was very welcoming, we only stayed one night. The rooms can use some new paint on the walls and cleaner bathrooms but I liked the room it is very vintage and I also liked the soundproofing cause the hotel was packed with guests and usually you can hear everyone going and coming out the rooms so it was a peaceful night sleep. Checking out was great too. I wouldn't mind staying there again."

"Only complaint I have is our room didn’t have a microwave the property is beautiful and staff is very friendly. You have to upgrade to a deluxe room in order to get a microwave. It’s truly is a great property!"

"Our 12th floor suite was spacious and well appointed. The views were wonderful to. House keeping was efficient and attentive to our coming and going. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast as well. I was surprised by the parking fee, which I didn't know about in advance. But there was plenty of parking available and no in out fees or valets to tip. The bar and dinner service were very good as well."

"Our room was by the back entrance and it was so noise with the banging of the door and people talking. I think they were going out to smoke. I told them at the front desk in the morning and she stated that they have a lot of complaints on that room. "
