"Everything was excellent"

"The first room had mold in it. I visually saw it and smelled it. It was obvious and clear. I went to the front desk to ask for a new room, and though they got me into a new room, the desk associate was rude about it. She was concerned because now she cant "book it to someone else". I said the room has mold...i cant stay in it, it should be fixed before you book someone else in it. The new room wasnt much better, but i did get good sleep, so i can say it was average. Overall, good location..but they shouldnt be trying to argue with customers dissatisfied with room conditions. Sours the experience"

"Great check in! Room was very clean. Elevator is dirty and probably needs some maintenance! "
