"The rooms are massive, bed very comfy, staff very pleasent, I enjoyed my stay very much, and definately reccomend staying here. Food was very good, could of had dessert menu, very quiet at night,"
"Exhaust fan/light extremely noisy. Walkway right next to door so had to keep blinds pulled across. Apart from kettle and coffee mugs no other kitchen utensils available and general store had run out of plates bowls etc. Restaurant extremely expensive and all side dishes extra."

"Nice and neat room to stay in, overall fairly tidy and the thick walls made for some nice peace and quiet.
Staff would come to do housekeeping (e.g. making the bed) but it would've been nice if they could've replaced our towels as we had nowhere to dry them sufficiently.
The bathroom was on the small side and had no fan to get rid of the condensation, so we had to open a window that lead to a random hallway behind all the rooms which did not have a privacy screen on it so not the most...
"The property was amazing and helpful when our plans had to change due to not getting into the Mundi Mundi festival due to weather. It was also a good little spot with easy access to all that Broken Hill has to offer."
"Rooms are basic but that’s why they’re a ‘budget room’. Clean, tidy, and everything I used worked so can’t complain at all. Just what I need as someone who travels to the Hill for appointments etc and just needs somewhere budget to stay with my dogs, not somewhere luxurious.
I will say, if you’re a light sleeper the road can be quite loud. Didn’t bother me one bit and I slept like a log, but for others I’d reccomend a different style room on the other side of the park, away from the road....
"I surprised my husband with a little getaway for our first wedding anniversary. Requested the staff to make this memorable and they sure did! They left us a wine and a note , rose petals on the bed. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure!"
