"Hotel was welcoming with easy check in, very helpful staff. Room was very comfortable & clean with all modern amenities including coffee machine & teas. Dinner & breakfast was also good. Can't comment on town as we only stayed 1 night so didn't have time to look around Mont de Marsan."

"If you arrive by car in the dark then its not easy to see the driveway to the Reception nor where you can actually park. You have to go in and ask! Very friendly and informative staff so first class in that respect. Room was fine and good enough but noisy smoking neighbours in next room on the adjoining balcony. Restaurant staff great. Usual disappointing menu but typical french fayre and they still dont know what a well done steak is! "

"When we arrived at 3pm per our check in instructions, we were told the room would not be available until 5-530pm. Floors were dirty and the room is in need of updates. People at the front desk were friendly but did not speak any English. Although stated on hotels.com that English was spoken. "

"Convenient and comfortable eco-friendly hotel. Great for families and a quick overnight stop. The breakfast was yum, nicely varied and local!"

"Service was excellent. We had anticipated a lake view but most of the hotels lake view is blocked by a public indoor pool structure so that was disappointing. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean."
