It even had an outside terrace with a table and chairs (which I hadn’t expected). The hotel is very convenient for the bus and train stations and the associated shopping centre, and the old town is within a 10-minute walk. "A really lovely little hotel, tucked away in a street minutes walk from the busy main square, but i heard no noise. The check in was quick and easy, staff were excellent. Knowledgeable about the area and helpful. The decor in the hallways was beautiful, lots of murals, and quite a history to the hotel. The room was nicely decorated, and nice shower. Good, comprehensive breakfast.The only criticism i have is the bed. It was extremely soft! So be aware if you prefer a harder mattress....

"The location of this hotel was perfect. 5 mins walk to the main square in the old town. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Staff were freindly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Buffet breakfast was good and there were subtle changes every day. The bar closed quite early, but that was probably due to demand."

"The hotel was perfectly located near to the main square which was 5 minute stroll away. We stayed for a week on a room only basis. We tried the breakfast one of the mornings but it wasn't to our taste. We had a front facing room, which had a balcony, which was fantastic. On the downside the windows should have been triple glazed, because we were on one of the main tram lines which ran quite regularly into the middle of the night. Another point to mention is that none of the rooms had air...
