"The stay was very beautiful. But the reception service was very bad and I took the tax upon arrival and when checking out the employee claimed that we did not pay and took it again as a result we paid the tax twice and demanded to open the camera and the employee refused"

"Overall, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was the AC in my room was not working... had the front desk come up and investigate the issue. They advised it would take about an hour or so to cool down, and unfortunately after a whole evening spent out when I returned to my room at 11PM at night that evening the room temperature did not lower. But I only needed the room for (1) evening so did not follow up with additional help to staff"

"My stay was satisfactory, typical HIG express hotel. If they would add a fitness room this would add a star in future stays. It’s at a quite place, river view, 15mins walk to free ferry to get into a tourist spot, central station, nearby 2 choices for groceries and on the go food. Season prices are up, but you know it’s Amsterdam. BF is as included but I didn’t use it. It was a fruitful stay."

"Booked, then had to arrive 1 day late and informed hotel to keep booking. Had room on 4th floor, big bathroom, plenty space for hanging clothes, comfy beds and great having a fridge too and air conditioning that worked well. We ended up extending our stay and booked an additional 2 nights, cost a fortune tho running over the weekend. Room was always spotless and towels changed. Good breakfast on site, covers all tastes and good selection to choose from."

"Hôtel bien situé, à côté de la gare et à 5min à pied du stade Johan cruijff arena. Personnel à l accueil parle français, souriant, aimable. Petit déjeuner copieux (pain, croissant, œufs, saucisses…). Chambre grande, salle de bains spacieuses, calme. Nous n’avons rien entendu pendant la nuit. Seul petit bémol, le parking sur place mais cher 40€ pour une arrivée à 15h45 et départ 11h). Je conseille cet hôtel si vous allez à un concert au stade."
