"The property is disgusting. DO NOT BOOK! The people in the hotel were nice and I’m sure the conditions of the property are beyond their control. But this property is dilapidated and needs to be torn down. Every floor has water damage. Gnats were flying out of the drain, the bathroom was FILTHY & if I hadn’t arrived after midnight I would’ve went back to the airport to wait for my flight. There is no shuttle and hasn’t been one for several years. People were at the front desk asking for refunds...

"This is typically a nice stay for me, but it all started going wrong when I checked in and they gave me the room farthest from check in and farthest from parking. 3rd floor. Corner. Right above the pool. The screaming from the pool was so loud on the 3rd floor that I bought a fan from walmart to help drown the pool noise out. The toilet seemed like it leaned a little bit to the left. And the bed seemed just a bit too firm this time. I hope my next stay at this location is better. I check in in...

"The lady at front desk was so rude. She also gave me a card key for a room with a man in it! Scary. When I went back down and told she basically told me to be quiet! When I asked for the manager she did not. The managers name was on the wall but she gave another name. Lier. I wrote that manager and now I know why this hotel is a disaster.
