"The hotel room had bugs. I felt that the entire stay should have been complimentary. The breakfast was good, but the omelets got cold very quickly. Everything else was good. The staff tried to be very helpful."

"Durante la estancia no hubo limpieza en la habitación, solamente cambiaron las toallas pero sin asear la habitación mi tender las camas. Además, la reservación era para 4 personas y solo dejaron almohadas y toallas para dos personas"

"Room was clean for the most part. The carpet they had in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever, not even vacuumed. And the bathtub wasn’t clean, had to clean it myself to get my 1 year old a bath. Had someone else’s hair, and dirt all over it. Wasn’t a fan of the fact that the beds were on rolling frames either, couldn’t sit down without it rolling across the floor."

"Was charged for parking and did not have a car, the original person at the desk was not friendly but after that first day, we were treated extremely well. We were able to work out all the issues."

"Helpful staff"

"The staff was super sweet and super accommodating! Definitely loved this hotel . It’s right in the middle of everything !"

"Good place for a softball stay. Lots of restaurants very close."
