"This place is a big house, we stayed in a room that shares a bathroom with other room, we were next to the bath, it was noisy because the door had a hard closing door. I would prefer the room further from the bath. I was informed that the bed is a queen size, we doubt it, maybe the “extra” double bed very popular in Mexico, we felt it small for us. They had available a king but I have to pay the total price of the room, a price adjustment was rejected, I would loose my full original payment....

"This is a nice property. They lost points because the two female front desk employees were not very friendly or helpful. They had a fancy pants attitude. This isnt the Four Seasons. The two gentlemen were welcoming and helpful. The room is noisy facing the malecon, but comfortable and clean. AC worked great. The bed was comfortable."
