The staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Raymond on the animation team , they are so nice and friendly,the rooms are clean and nicely equipped, the beds are a bit firm . Food was nice and plentiful, in all a great place to stay , oh and pool is lovely but very cold . "

Very hilly and uneven ground. Would struggle with mobility issues. Buffet breakfast was many options.nice staff and helpful. "Stayed in a spacious and quiet room on 7th floor. Hotel is around a 30 minute walk from the old town/coast. Had to request more tea/coffee from reception during my stay, as it was not replenished automatically, but once I asked it arrived within 10 minutes."

"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the beach. The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only. Special thanks go to the room cleaning staff, the busy but friendly restaurant staff, Raul in the Braseria and bar manager for his kindness. Finally to Sandra on Guest services.
