"I rarely give scathing reviews, but our trip included harassement from the hotel manager and I want to make sure our experience doesn't go unnoticed. The booking was a work trip for my husband. At the hotel the heating was broken (mid-November) and the hotel manager put a small space heater to "solve the problem". We asked for a different solution or to be moved to a different hotel. "A wonderful experience with a fabulous view from our balcony. It was a restful retreat and some of the best food, wine, and service of our entire trip from Lyon south. We took the train to Vienne and had private garage parking at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and made our stay a delight."
