"The property was dirty with rusted shower head, broken lights, dirty shower tray, cigarettes in the toilet, marks on wall, open roof hatch, broken door and marked bedding. The room smelt strongly of smoke and the windows were dirty. We did not stay and had to find alternative accommodation. The bed could not be used as it was so dirty and the shower unsafe. I have stayed in basic hotels before but this was dirty, smelly and unsafe."

"Helpful staff, gave us directions for late checking. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Good location. Disturbed sleep due to thin walls, frequently waking up to ppl making noise outside the room. Shower water was less warm in the evening though it worked fine in the morning. "

It was lovely to have the pool at our disposal, and the spa would have been wonderful had it been open.The bed was comfortable but the room had a musty smell and there seemed to be mold spores between the shower tiles. "Habitat hotel is located in a quiet pedestrian street next to palazia vincenti bellini within walking distance of the best areas of Catania. The rooms are very large and luxurious with a minimalist decor , comfy bed and luxury bedding. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of options. The best way to get to hotel from bus / rail stn. is by taxi ,do not rely on google maps to walk to hotel. The only problem I had was the hotel entrance is just a large closed door and the sign outside is...
