"The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and located in the building next to the hotel. The fan was helpful with the heat as air conditioning is not available due to the heritage building in keeping with the town inside the city walls. It was challenging to get our luggage to the hotel as there is no other way than pulling them for about 400 meters over cobblestone from where the hotel parking is located. I suggest you pack light as the small wheels on...
"Die Zimmer waren bereits veraltet, Betten soweit bequem. Frühstück war okay aber nichts besonderes. Rührei aus der Konserve. Insgesamt bräuchte das Hotel eine Renovierung. Personal war freundlich."
"We liked the hotel very much. It has a really lovely spa area with a pool, which we loved. The hotel's own restaurant is really good, and the staff is kind and friendly. We also liked the wooden style and the nicely designed rooms. The breakfast was our highlight. For road cyclists, it is a dream place, with a gym, Bicycle storage, a spa, and direct access to the Col de la Schlucht. We can absolutely recommend staying here for a few days."

"Stayed through a recent heat wave and was pleasantly surprised to find out that the room came with a portable airconditioner and fan. It made the room (which was west facing) cool enough to sleep in. The room was quite small and hard to move around, but it had everything we needed. The bathroom was nicely updated. The staff was extremely friendly. The parking was challenging to find but so nice to have given the location. We loved staying in Riquewihr and would come back to stay here! "
"Sehr freundliches Personal empfängt familiär in einem rustikal-charmanten Hotel mitten im wunderschönen Weinort. Es ist ruhig, bequem und unkompliziert. Das Frühstück hat geschmeckt, die Parkplätze rund um Mairie und Kirche sind reichlich und gleich gegenüber gibt es ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant mit guten Elsässer Weinen. Hier sollte nach Möglichkeit frühzeitig reserviert werden. Wir hatten aber auch so Glück."
