"This was the second Hôtel we booked through hotels.com on this trip was supposed to be a treat stay after the previous basic one and it was not good. The chat to resolve our issues went nowhere. Pool and spa closed, no restaurant open at all, the sink in our room was broken. It was very disappointing, not made clear enough it was basically all shut still at the end of May. Gruissan the town however is glorious."

"Staff are really friendly and professional, even though we arrived late at night, they set up everything in advance for us. Street parking is available near the hotel."

"Unfortunately there restaurant had closed when we arrived. Also unfortunately the one across the roundabout, whilst having reasonable food, was having a Karaoke night!!!!"
