"Hotel is ideally located for the beach with a great local bar just a few yards away and a great little pastry cafe round the corner. The staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned to a good standard daily. As we stayed in May, the hotel bar and pool were never open. There was also noise from traffic or services (e.g bins being emptied) in the early morning, so get a room on a higher floor if possible."

Perfect location for La Mata only a very short distance to the town with lots of choice for bars and food. Request a sea view early if you want one. "

"We liked our 2 day stay here. Really nice swimming pool which would be great fun for kids, and lovely garden areas. Close to the beach which goes without saying anywhere in La Manga. Pity the restaurant is closed now. Would have been very convenient. Staff were friendly and very helpful. "The hotel is in such a beautiful location and the hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and the sea view balcony offers amazing views, definitely get the sea view for the extra few pounds it is so worth it! Breakfast is excellent. Staff are amazing apart from one man with grey top knot on reception who was a little rude on a few occasions. Did not spoil it but could do with more customer services training!
