"+cleaness, calm, confort - air quality, air was dry and qoke me up several time to drink water. Better to have a kettle so can use my own tea bags. Not a fan of the coffee machine. There is a tablet but was not working, so not sure the purpose of it. Otherwise, I had a great stay... good "

I have emailed the hotel and they say they haven't received a payment before. They told me to send a proof of payment, which I did. I sent them a detailed receipt but they said it wasn't enough. After that they just stopped responding to me. I should not even have to send them a receipt. Hotels.com are trying to fix this for me, but the hotel staff are all struggling...

"The room was a great stay for a family. We got the Luxe room with two bedrooms all on one level. Which was great for traveling with small children. I understand the next sized room has stairs and I wouldn’t have wanted that with a baby but the room we got was perfect. We also had an actual bathtub, again, something that makes life easier when traveling with toddlers. "Used Mons as a base to explore various attractions in the area. The hotel is a typical Ibis, our room was large and spacious, and the bar provided a selection of refreshments which, owing to the warm weather, were very welcome. A friendly support team added to the pleasure of our break. The railway station is conveniently close although the rebuild still isn't finished!"

Sheets not changed for 5 nights despite cut elbow blood on sheets on first night and 27-30 degree heat. If opened window before 10pm fumes from next door extractor fan enveloped room and no air con available just fan for 30 degree heat. "
