"We stayed at a double bed room which is apart from the main building.The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. But the room smelled like an ash tray. The smell lingered at our luggage for days after checking out. Bathroom was very small. Hot water ran out before filling up the small bathtub. Heater was powerful, but the floor kept freezing cold. Wifi was weak, and no connection in the bedroom and bathroom. And at the second night, something bit my leg here and there. It cannot be a...

"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

"Perfect location - right next to the cathedral and 2 minutes from the plaza mayor. No humans, though, no receipt for payment, bit difficult to figure out registration. Wonderful beds and very quiet. Would stay there again. "

"The hotel locates at a far away from the address we got from the Expedia, and without clear direction after the address. We spent 10 minutes to drive back and forward in the area before we could find the right direction. There were a live music show that night started at 11:00 pm. And we were waked up because of noises on the hallway at 4:30 am. There were a lot of people talking and running load, and the sounds of door opens and closes."

"What a great place to stay in Segovia, close to the cathedral and a castle, along with some nice hikes below the fortifications. They have parking for a fee, and onxe you park you don’t really need a car. Lots of space. Wish we could have stayed more than a day."
