"Fuimos un viernes, tuvimos que salir fuera del hotel en medio de un gran aguacero para encontrar algo de cenar .. no te ofrecen ni tasa con agua caliente para un té .. la chica dr la recepción muy agradable la pobre, pero sin recursos es horroroso el servicio ..
Por el las de las habitaciones limpia si, pero a dos mujeres una de ellas con 86 años, nos dieron una habitación en un segundo piso y no os ofrecieron ni subirnos la maleta.. Gracias a Dios fuimos con un caballero que hizo de soporte....
"The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked.
Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It’s a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip."
