"The staff at check in were clearly prejudice and not very friendly or helpful. Then inside the room the sheets and pillowcases smelled like mildew. The A/C was not working and the wifi did not work the whole 2 days we were there. It was a nightmare. Finally, on the last day after my husband spoke to countless staff, managers and complained they offered to refund half our stay."

"Used this hotel as an overnight stop on our journey by car to Italy - despite the pictures, not the most picturesque of locations. Good outside parking within hotel, no extra cost. Friendly welcome from staff. Very nice room, unusual colour scheme and decor which we liked but which may not be to everyone's taste. Comfortable bed, room and bathroom very clean. "Booked hotel as mid-point stay-over between Alsace & Provence - very well situated.
