"This place is amazing: An old building with old furnishing (pictures, photos, furniture décor), full of character. The neighbourhood is very safe, with lots of restaurants and bars (as well as some shops, art galleries, even a theatre) in very easy reach, and an easy walk from the Malecón and downtown Guayaquil. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fine. But again, it is the building that is the star here: an exceptional place in an exceptional location. Highly recommended."

"It is conveniently located a block away from Malecon 2000 and it has food options within a block as well. It is rundown and in need of serious repairs. Amenities shown in Expedia, like a restaurant, are non existent. They were repairing the floors when we were there so hopefully it will get better. The lobby personnel were friendly and very helpful.
