"On arrival at the hotel, we were given a room at the Flora 2, the complex just across the road from the main part of the hotel, with all ground floor apartments. Entry was via the patio door, which was quite rickety and awkward to unlock and lock. That became a serious problem a couple of nights in, someone managed to get in the room while we were sleeping and stole my daughter's shoes, 2 power banks and our bags. They take into account preferences/requests as I always prefer a ground floor with terrace and have been allocated exactly this both times.
