"It was the most ridiculous hotel-experience I ever had! The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings, but is impossible to reach. NO taxi will take you there, as it's located remotely in the mountains of Otavalo. From the city Tevali to the hotel there is 98 km, but from there, the hotel is only accessible with a jeep and a special trained driver that will drive you 5 hours through the mountains. Not only is it almost impossible to find a jeep, many local drivers warned us against the road. If...

"Beautiful small hotel with a very very good kitchen. Staff could be a little more engaging but I guess this also has to do with the essential learning curve of the tourism industry. Super good wine selection but you really have to ask the manager for advice because staff have no idea of what’s on the wine list."

"excellent glamping experience, the view is spectacular. you can see the whole snow-capped Caucasian mountain range right in front of your room, Room is comfortable. bathroom is excellent. Staff service is wonderful. you can enjoy fantastic view when you have your breakfast. It is a bit far from city center but with your own transportation, it is not a problem. excellent stay and highly recommended"
