There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. "The hotel was amazing with a 24H cafe downstairs. Loved the vibe & their friendly services. Only concern was the evacuation stairs was locked when we encountered an earthquake, confirmed with the front desk that it’s always locked. Lol "

You will have to grab your own complimentary supplies like slippers, tooth brush, body wash cloth from the lobby and take it to your room, which I haven’t seen before but I guess it can cut down on cost? There is this “take your preferred shampoo/conditioner” pump station at the lobby too, which my wife thought was interesting.
