Room clean and excellent staff. Always willing to help. Breakfast was okay, not too much western options.

We took a program including breakfast. The breakfast was good, quite many choices of food. The hotel offered airport transport for 200 kRp; we discovered taking directly a bluebird taxi was cheaper, being around 140 kRp. We tried another brand of taxi, but when we paid the fare, we were asked by the taxi driver to add 5 kRp because he had to pay for a "contract" with Favehotel, to get passenggers, probably. We will choose the bluebird taxi in the future.

Amazing views from the room and the pool deck/balcony. Helpful and friendly staff and super close to one of the most beautiful and still secluded beaches in lombok

The staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout the duration of my stay.

Location not the best....we stayed in Senggigi first, and although the place wasn't quite as up-scale we enjoyed the location more.

Wow. This place was fantastic. We stayed unfortunately for one night only, but we really enjoyed the tranquility and the great energy surrounding Les Rizieres. The terrace immersed in the rice fields is simply spectacular. The room was cozy and provided with all amenities. The breakfast was really good - especially the papaya ginger jam made by the owner which I will never forget. The hotel features two very sweet and friendly dogs and one cute little cat too. The staff helped us also with...

The location of the villa gave an amazing view across the beautiful bay. The environment was really luxurious and at the same time we felt very much at home at the villa. Gill was a fabulous host.she couldn't do enough to help make our Lombok experience the best possible. She is an outstanding advocate for the beautiful island and its amazing people. The staff at the villa were so kind and accomodating. They had amazing 💓.

If you are on the fence about this place, you should absolutely do it! Staff were amazing and so friendly. Rooms were comfortable and the whole vibe of the place is relaxing. This spot feels like a little oasis tucked away from the busyness of the rest of Indonesia.

Everyday the room was clean, communication was great, staff was amazing, food was great and everyone was very kind

Great little gem of a place. Nice restaurant on site. Quiet well kept grounds.

all was good..

I was very pleased with my visit to El Tropico. My room was well appointed, and very clean. The breakfast was cooked to order, and very tasty. These things were wonderful. However, there is nothing that the hotel has that is better than their staff!❤️. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They all made me feel welcomed and safe. My time in Lombok was a very challenging one. I lost my phone, among other things. However, the staff at El tropical came to my rescue. Zii, at the front desk, along...
