"First of all, the Rooms, bathrooms are not clean. Rooms need to be refurbished. Definitely not worth the Rs 6000/ that was charged. In fact walk in customers were offered similar room at half the price. "

"Disappointing property. Location next to sewage drain makes it smelly. On main main road makes it noisy. Dogs barking at night. Very basic facilities. The only positive was that our room was changed on request to a less noisy one on first floor, from the ground floor. Recommend staying near Kudle beach area rather than main beach at Gokarna. "
