"The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service."

A slightly smaller room that most in Tokyo but still offered comfort with an awesome high pressure shower to get revitalised. "It’s an excellent hotel just minutes walk from Omiya station. The building is clean and has a restaurant and very affordable breakfast buffet. The staff are all very well-trained and polite. They were happy to help me extend my stay on last minute notice and remain in the same room. (Twice). I recommend Marroad Inn. They always brought fresh towels"

"The room was clean and recently renovated, the air conditioning can only do heating in winter and cooling in summer. So if its a hot day in winter you have no air conditioning. The internet was very slow and dropped out multiple times during my 1 night stay, I think for the price there are better options around "
