"Air conditioning was working but not strong. Able to cool the room but was noisy and felt stuffy during midnight. Location is the best, breakfast was ok. Overall very affordable with secure parking"
"The hotel is managed with a 24-hr check in counter with housekeeping on standby, Daily room cleaning or towel change is not provided unless if you request for it.
The breakfast provides a wide variety and the food was fresh and delicious.
One downside is the elevator crowd during peak hours where we had to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive and a long time inside the elevator to reach our floor. The hotel tried to mitigate the situation by having a staff to operate the elevator but...
"The courtyard Heeren Boutique Hotel is centrally located within the historic Old Town, in a beautiful traditional Malacca building. The room and bed were very comfortable and quiet, the shower and bathroom was great, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I had a good stay here. The only comment is that although there is a window in the room facing an interior light court, the wood shutters were always closed. It would have been nice to have the shutters open during the day with a...
"DO NOT STAY HERE.
This was a horrible hotel. Rooms were disgusting, bathrooms had mould and were miserable.
The noise until 1am on a mid week night was very very loud."
"The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish. "
"suit for those who are don't mind about cleanliness. basically, all clean but the visual doesn't say so. got stain on the towel and bed sheet. more to improper maintenance after so long of service (which means the pictures is longg ago) dirty toilet and no holder for water heater. but we are survived there, nearly want to cancel but its ok, just sleep cos we checked in quite late. staff is welcoming and easy to deal."
"Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides.
I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff.
Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town.
Will definitely visit again."
"Old outdated hotel. Rooms were very average. I was transferred to another room on the 06th floor on the last night of my stay as the aircon compressor spoiled. Saw 2 small cockroaches in the previous room as I was packing my stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly though. The coffee house closes earlier than scheduled. Construction going on the beach area. Most of the road side stalls were closed most of the time. Best to stay near town or jonker street area where there are more amenities,...
