"I felt like I was scammed, no internet ( falsely advertised) , no control over climate condition in room, blasting heat from pipes going through room when it’s too hot outside already!!!! No help at all from staff only excuses that are unreasonable to have in a guesthouse. We were advised to leave the hotel next day by Expedia for you to resolve the reimbursement which never took place 😡"

"It was really convenient the location for us after crossing the ferry from Denmark. The hotel is nice, the stuff was not very chatty, but helpful. The breakfast is nice and for a good night sleep on a long travel it is ideal."

"A very loud fire alarm went off at 4am and went on for quite a while. I was already running on the stairs when it stopped. Goodbye sleep. The following morning I was expecting some apologies but no. When I mentioned it, the guy at the reception very cheerfully said "Oh, that. Yes, there was no fire, it was just a coffee machine. But so we know that the alarm works!" Which is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern idea of sense of humour, maybe."

"Toller Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte im extrem hundefreundlichen Feels Beach Club. Zimmer einfach, aber entsprechend des Motto’s Beach sehr gelungen umgesetzt, bequem, absolut sauber und ruhig. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass unsere Hündin sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen mit in das Restaurant durfte. "Buchung 1 Tag vorher ohne Probleme ,Auf individuellen Wunsch wurde prompt reagiert. Organisation der Mahlzeiten hervorragend , ebenso die Qualität . Wenn das Hotel noch einen Personenaufzug besizten würde wären überall 5 Sterne gerechter zu vergeben als bei so manchen "5 Sterner " . Nochmals vielen Dank . Komme wieder !"
