"We booked three rooms. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great area and allowed us to walk whenever we wanted to do. There were shops and restaurants all around. The breakfast was included and it was really well done. The front desk staff were helpful and spoken English! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great location. On the same street that takes you to old town. Breakfast was good and clean. After 3 weeks of traveling and 4 hotels in Europe, best breakfast offered so far. I don't utilize housekeeping, so I can't speak to it. "

"We had a very nice 2 night stay. Staff was very personable and helpful. Bus stop right next to the hotel, so very easy to get to anywhere you wanted in Salzburg. Comfortable and clean room."

"The hotel is an old building and as such kind of quirky(stairways and halls). Our room was quite large, and clean, with a modern bathroom. There is no air conditioning, just a fan in room , so in mid summer it may be hot, and we heard a lot of traffic noise as we had the windows open. Breakfast was typical continental, cereal pastries, bread meat and cheese. Parking is 15 euros per night extra. The immediate neighborhood was a little run down, but the good thing is that it is in decent walking...

"Perfect location within 10 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf train station. Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes. Air con inside the room was great given we had a couple of really hot days. Not great to leave your...

"The hotel was NOT open! Completely deserted. Not even furniture in the lobby. The hotel left a note with a phone number- number not in service! Tried to call through the Hotels.com app- still didn’t work/not in service. After driving six hours to show up at your fairly expensive hotel to find it non-operational- very, very, very disappointing and incredibly frustrating! "

"Right on the Autobahn. Gas Pumps, McDonald's, convenience store, restaurant and hotel. Roll down storm shutters blocks out light and sound very well. Great shower, very hot water. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. Clean, comfortable room. "

"Excellent too (river view 5th floor), very comfortable bed, shower, spacious. The only cons is that there is no water cattel for tea... This is a sub standard compared to all hotels in the area at this price range. (I stayed at dozens already). Indisnt have breakfast (extra 16 euros). Othwrwise highly recommended for comfort, as well as easy check in and out."

"Location is close to main train station and to the city. Location of hotel is beside a gas station and not so clean surroundings. Breakfast is nice and staff are helpful and nice. "

"This smaller hotel was ok. There are no elevators, so we wound up having to haul luggage up a couple of flights of curved stairs. We were close to bus stops, so getting into the city was no problem. There is a great cafe across the street. Otherwise, you have to pay $15 Euros per person for the hotel's breakfast buffet, and I don't think it is worth it!"
