"Location was good and hotel appeared updated, however other than this, this hotel stay was quite disappointing.
The room was extremely noisy from the trams just outside and the room kept shaking everything they'd pass (every 5-10 mins during the day, every 30 mins after midnight).
Towels were dirty.
There was no soap in the shower soap dispenser."
