"Clean, efficient staff and close proximity to the airport, makes the Sofia hotel ideal for short stays. I stayed for one night and picked up my rental car the next day."
"The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the location was excellent for walking into Heraklion. The room was very clean and comfortable, although there was a problem with water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was excellent, providing a wide choice, and the dining room was attractive and comfortable.
We will be happy to return and recommend to our friends."
"The unit is spacious with 2 balconies. However, there were no sheets to make up the couch (listed as another sleeping option) and the floor had footprints on it, indicating the floor had been unmopped between occupants. The inside of the couch had wood chips and shavings from its particleboard construction (which were all over the blankets it contained) which would’ve been simple to vacuum — but wasn’t. These are all easy fixes the management of this property could do to increase the quality of...
"Beautiful place to stay and well maintained. They cleaned out rooms everyday and the breakfast was so fresh I felt I was home. The staff was so kind and helpful.
This place made me feel I was staying at home with family."
"Katastrophe! Essen unter aller S.... Wirklich ungenießbar. Kaffee nur braunes Wasser. Personal unfreundlich.
"Solo stay at this quiet and well maintained hotel. I had a late arrival due wind storm and the staff was very helpful. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast and amenities at sister hotel are a real bonus!
Would stay again. Thank you!"
Mvg,
Werner en Martine uit Belgie."
