"The sofas were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. Upon arrival, the employee responsible for preparing the access cards did not show up to provide my card. Instead, I was given a key that did not work properly, leaving me waiting until the following morning for the employee to arrive and provide the access card. On the second day, there was no water. "Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Lebanon in a long time! I honestly refuse to stay anywhere else whenever I’m in the area. From the incredible staff to the comfort of the beds, everything was a 10/10. What truly sets this place apart is the genuine Lebanese hospitality. They don’t just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like family. Highly recommend!"

Would have booked something else if i knew this wasn’t a resort stay. Amenities were good with hot water, AC, TV, and washer. We made our trip work, host was responsive, we just got caught off guard we went from thinking...
