"Vastaanotto auki 24/7 joten myöhäinen sisäänkirjautuminen sujui hyvin. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja siivoojat siistivät huoneen päivittäin, siellä oli raikas tuoksu. Ruoka ei ollut suomalaiseen makuun kovin hyvää ja lounaalla ja illallisella aina samat ruoat lähes päivittäin. Aktiviteetit ei myöskään toteutuneet kun ei tarpeeksi osallistujia. Sijainti oli hyvä ja oma yksityinen ranta omalla rantabaarilla plussaa."

"It our second time and probably not the last one.... Super clean, great customer service!!! The apartment fully furniture with all you needs. The pools are very nice and the swings are very enjoyable for the kids. The place is not in the center of sunny beach and we see that as advantage. You can control between quite, calmed or in 5 minutes drive you can be in the center of crowded boardwalk with shops, restaurants and more. We love this place. Very recommend!!!"

"It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...

"Everything is to enjoy at this hotel. Staff is kind, helpful, friendly. Parking could not be easier (in front of the hotel), To beach, just go down some stairs. My husband needed a cough medicine; the pharmacy was a two-minute walking. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there are a few other restaurants around if you want a change. Additionally, it is a quick drive to old town Nessebar, a place that must be visited. "
