"When we got to the airport and called the hotel for the shuttle. There was no answer. We tried a few times and finally we found the city bus to go to the hotel. When we asked, they said only one person was working and she couldn’t answer the phone. We arrived at 2 PM middle of the day."

"Room was super clean. Staff was very helpful at check in and accommodated this English speaker. Room makeup for second day was fine. Euro breakfast has a lot of variety, all items fresh. Good coffee too and this lactose intolerant guest liked the lactose free creamer. Location is excellent, maybe the equivalent of three city blocks to the main square.
