"Staying at Ginger Hotel was, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most stressful, frustrating, and deeply unpleasant accommodation experiences I have ever endured. When booking a room at a established chain brand like Ginger—a hotel operating under the umbrella of IHCL—one reasonably expects a reliable baseline of hygiene, functional amenities, and standard hospitality ethics.
