"While it was a short 06 hour stay before our flight, the receptionisit was amazing. She helped answer all the questions we had, arranged for a taxi and spoke English which is quite rare in Bishkek. The room was clean and comfortable. Equally the washroom was very clean with amenities and hot shower. Bed was nice and comfortable. The hotel was centrally located and certainly more nights if you are staying in Bishkek would be amazing here. "

"A very nice, clean & comfortable property right in the city centre. Not a 4 star property by any means though. No 24 hour room service, restaurant. Self service for drinking water to be filled from the dispenser kept on each floor. Breakfast is good but not wow. The staff is friendly & courteous and offer very good service."

"Comfortable beds on a side street - just off a large street but without any street noise. Friendly staff in mid-afternoon greeted me. Rooms are basic but clean. Had air conditioner in the room - I didn't need it in April but in summer will be essential. "

"The hotel is well located and the view out of the front rooms is of the mountains. The staff try very hard to make all things right for the quests. The breakfast was clean, plentiful and enjoyable. I will be back without question as it has all the most will need in Bishkek. "

"Don't let the non-central location put you off. It's a very clear and well cared hotel. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is awesome. My room is spacious and quite. The bed is very comfortable and huge. The restroom is a little small but gets the job done. There is a supermarket nearby, and many restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. The western standard room alone is good for me. "

"Great clean, new boutique hotel close walking distance to Osh markets and city square. Breakfast was plentiful with attentive staff. Welcome coffee was a lovely surprise. Recommended. "

"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"Lovely garden and setting; friendly, helpful, attentive staff; nice breakfast; clean and well supplied room with good amount of closet and draws with hangers. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom are loose. Two of the three lights in the bathroom were burned out. "

"Hotel is either hidden by a magical spell or does not exist. The phone works so the taxi could chauffeur us around to different apartment buildings though."
