"Nice hotel in a nice location. Some reception staff are more helpful than others. Breakfast is awful. Cleaning staff take all of 1 minute to "refresh" your room. At check in you're asked to give a 1000 baht deposit, which is absolutely fine. At check out we were told that a bottle opener was missing from our room. We had'nt seen or used a bottle opener in the duration of our stay. When my husband had a beer in the room he had to use our nail clippers to open the bottle. Long story short, we were...

"The views were to die for. Phi Phi island is beautiful and Phi Phi The Beach Resort is the place to go. Very quiet in the room, and the room had everything that you could ask for. The A/C worked flawlessly and I got some very much need sleep. Will definitely return."

"This hotel was amazing! I stayed with my husband, mother, and best friend. We booked 2 sea view villas, one for my husband and I and one for my mum and best friend. The villas themselves were outstanding - wonderful soft big beds and pillows, great bathroom with excellent water pressure, great air conditioning, mini fridge to store drinks in and nice patio seating right outside to enjoy the view of the oven. "Overall - We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would recommend for others. We hotel is in a very good spot with a lovely pool, small outside gym and a view of the quiet side of the Phi Phi Beaches. If you can, I would absolutely recommend a room with a sea view.
