My husband and I stayed there for 2 weeks in a 1 bedroom on our recent trip to Cambodia. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean and updated. My only complaints is that my room did not have a long mirror so that I see what I look like when changing. Love their car elevators that made it very easy for relatives to visit. Lots of street food and coffee shop within walking distance. Overall would highly recommend this place.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Clean rooms a/c could have been colder but it worked. Close to the airport with handy and safe shuttle. If ever in Phnom Penh again we would definitely stay here

The hotel was magnificent.. surroundings was a little noisy but that’s the usual in that part of the city.. definitely recommend Staff was nice and friendly..

The apartment was clean and spacious. However, someone had smoked in the bedroom before I got there. The staff were helpful to make sure the smell was gone. If you are wanting to cook, you will have to bring oil and your own seasonings. There are groceries on the same street which is helpful.

Were in 1 Bedroom apartment for 1 night. The facilities in room set up fully and cleaned. Kitchen and items, large Fridge, big dining table with chairs. My room perfect view with balcony to river and city lights. Highly recommend this hotel and apartment for Long stay in Phnom Penh.

The customer service and attentiveness of the staff was extremely helpful. This was our first visit to Cambodia and the information and recommendations of the hotel staff were great! We were able to see many things and explore some local spots as well. The Walking street and Night market were really cool and a few steps away from the Tao Riverside Residence. The Central market was also close by. Our family looks forward to returning.

Second time booking this hotel & no disappointment. Very nice facility. It has a quiet tropical feel, though in the middle of town. Friendly & attentive staff.

Wonderful place to stay in. Details and Details has been properly input to this beautiful hotel. Price is excellent. Will be returning here soon.

This is my third stay at Rambutan. You pay a little more but you get so much more. I would hesitate to stay any place else. Book early.

I'm a solo, female business traveler. At the airport a staff member was waiting with a sign to take me to the hotel by tuk tuk. It's a 30+ minute drive, so very nice for them to pick me up (I emailed to ask). The hotel is an oasis in hectic, gritty Phnom Penh. It's a bit far from the sights (20-25 minutes to Riverside) but worth it. The staff and owners are literally the nicest I've ever encountered, SO accommodating, thoughtful, and organized. ANYTHING I needed help with they gave generous...

THIS hotel is so nice I extended my stay 2 days. Also across the street from the best bar in Cambodia!

Great hotel and close to almost everything you need to do or going anywhere
