"if you looking for a quiet romantic get away this hotel is excellent . Highly recommend beach front room for a perfect sunset with few step to the beach . Foot are great"
"The hotel was beautiful and clean. Very modern and met all our needs. The only downside was the noise from the rooms around us. It was very noisy at times."
"Staff were friendly as could be.. house keeping was very bad, out of 2 weeks stay my room was cleaned 3 times, cleaners were very lazy. Could smell a bad smell in the room, smelt like sewers. After bad rain water was coming into the room.
Not likely to stay there there again"
"This was our favorite place to stay in Thailand. Loved the treehouse vibe. The rooms were cute, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was basic but good. It’s a walk from the main area in Railay, and you have to walk up a bunch of stairs to get to your room, but for me that added to the experience. No AC meant it was hot if you weren’t right in front of the fan, ngl, but we slept fine with the fan. We didn’t even mind having no hot water because it was so hot outside the cool water...
"The bungalows and cottages are so cute with the most beautiful woodwork. Outdoor pool looked very nice. Beach area disappears almost completely at low tide, which was cool for nature walks.
Being close to the ocean, some wood, especially on the steps up to the cottage were a little soft / mild humidity rot. There are a lot of wild and stray dogs in town, so if you are not a dog person, this may not be the right area for you.
Overall, would recommend this to anyone feeling a little adventurous...
"Very nice staff, easy check-in process, and extremely clean room! Just steps away from the Krabi night market. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!"
"Supalai is a beautiful spot with the things you'd expect- restaurant, room service, pool, shuttles, etc. what makes Supalai beyond incredible is the staff. From the front desk to the property workers to the massage therapists, from the chef and kitchen staff to the cleaning staff, everyone is so above and beyond, every time. It feels like Supalai hires people who genuinely want to give a good south Thailand experience. I look forward to getting here and am sad to leave, and cannot wait to book...
"Fantastic spacious room,
Cleaned every day and condiments replenished including 2 x bottles of water.....
The location is ideal and the shops and restaurants are on the doorstep.
The pool is fantastic aswell."
"Een stukje paradijs om helemaal tot rust te komen. Prachtige villa’s middenin de natuur met alle nodige comfort.
Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, heerlijk a la carte ontbijt.
We hebben er ‘s avonds ook gegeten en alles was even verzorgd en lekker!
Leuke strandbar The woods op een 5 min wandelen langs het ongerepte strand.
We komen hier zeker terug!"
