"We needed a place close to the airport for an early flight. This fit the bill. The staff was friendly and the location was good. Surfaces and floors weren’t very clean, but the bedding and towels were. Pretty good for the money."

"Great place to stay, friendly staff and management. Unfortunately had an issue with my ferry and missed a night of my stay but management was very helpful in trying to accommodate me. My only issue is that then hot water sometimes ran out in the shower and tap but the staff told me they were currently working on this issue which is reassuring. Great central location right near the centre of Heraklion"

"The front desk staff are very friendly and helps. The bar service guy are also good too. Love the wine."

"Sehr zentral gelegen."

"Beautiful place to stay and well maintained. They cleaned out rooms everyday and the breakfast was so fresh I felt I was home. The staff was so kind and helpful. This place made me feel I was staying at home with family."

"General is good, thx"

"Staff was wonderful! Outside garden is beautiful! Needs to update the rooms!"

"Close to lion square and the harbor where the ferrys are !"

"Ruime kamers en enorm lekker eten en drinken ."

"Hotel simple mais bien Seul bémol la piscine fermé trop tôt"

"Solo stay at this quiet and well maintained hotel. I had a late arrival due wind storm and the staff was very helpful. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast and amenities at sister hotel are a real bonus! Would stay again. Thank you!"

"Hotel needs renovations, bathroom/shower are is too small, and window/door going out to balcony is required sound proof glasses. Every night, there was a car alarm noise throughout the entire night daily."

"Katastrophe! Essen unter aller S.... Wirklich ungenießbar. Kaffee nur braunes Wasser. Personal unfreundlich. Ab dem zweiten Tag sind wir auswärts essen gegangen. Strand klein und extrem eng. Alles kostet extra. Klima, Safe, Liegen am Strand und Getränke am Abend."

"Room is looking not as ok the picture.Dusty inside of the room.Uncomfortable mattress on the couch.Unless, beautiful beach with very nice restaurants, especially Blanco. Good for a few days but not for a week and for small families or pairs.Friendly staff in the hotel but on the evening was a few guys who were unpleasant. Better to take some hotel or apartment near to the Heraklion. But next time i will go to Agios Nikolaos, much better than Heraklion."
