"This is a beautiful hotel. The problem with it is that there is no way to open your window. We hit a very sunny warm week in Sweden and the room was stiflingly hot. We’re Australian and very used to heat so it was hard to sleep. "

"I did like the convenience of being so close to airport. Breakfast was great, lots of options. However when we wanted our room cleaned we left the ‘please clean room” sign when we returned our room had not been touched. Also the shuttle person could be a little more helpful. "

"Room was okay. The staff was not helpful instead said to pay upfront even though i selected pay later options. Also i booked the room because ad said they have parking spaces but when i asked for it they refused and told me to park outside somewhere. When i asked to park outside where they didn't helped me and that led to parking ticket for me since i am an outsider i was not helped how to do so. Worst experience and fined 200 euro because of no help"

"Great place for a large group"

"Great place to stay if you're visiting Stockholm by car. We chose to stay here as it offered free parking and breakfast. Plenty of parking at the nearby Upplands Vasby train station (free for 24 hours per visit) from here you can access all of Stockholm via public transit. The breakfast was great. Clean rooms, very helpful staff. Overall a positive experience."

"We were given a room suitable for a single person, with a small bed and only a single towel. During the night, all the electricity to the hotel went out. There was only a minimal breakfast, with no coffee or tea. The electricity had not reappeared by the time we checked out, and no repairman was evident."

"Loved my stay here for the Eras Tour! Also loved that they played Taylor swift’s music in the lobby for our whole stay. The breakfast buffet was also very good and they had gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and dairy free options which was great. No complaints, would stay here again"

Most of the tourist attractions are on the other side of the station but about a block away there are some lovely restaurants and shops. My room was very clean, the staff were terrific. And the lobby dining area was very cozy and inviting. And they feed you! Breakfast I expected, but fika in the afternoon and dinner was a plus.
