The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. Featuring an attentive staff and incredible restaurant with one of the best breakfast buffets we have had in recent memory, Zamek Sarny is already a much restored historical site with more restoration currently underway. Lovely restaurant, good breakfast service. We probably would have rated it as “Excellent” if we would have stayed there for at least several days.
