"We needed a room with 3 beds before flying out; this worked. It wa about 10-15 min easy drive to the airport. The room is super tight with just the 2 beds but when they pull out the love seat bed it’s tight. The bathroom is also small; I opened the door with the side, versus the handle, and jammed my finger into the shower as I opened it. The shower pressure was good, the AC worked, and it did the trick. The staff was super friendly."

"Before leaving this review I read a few of the negative reviews of others. Some had decent things to say and some were just rude and expecting 5 star treatment in a 3 star place. This is a no frills hotel. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy. And that is okay!! These hotels rooms are basic not for hanging out in all day. There are lots of things to do around the hotel so go explore!! Hotel am zoo is in a very convenient location. Close to coffee shops and bakeries and a good diverse...

Although the building is a little older, it does not lack comfort. This place was booked out when we stayed and I can see why: exceptional value for money!"

"The hotel is close to the main train station and conveniently located to downtown Frankfurt. Although the rooms are small, they had everything we needed and were clean. "

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone taking a short trip to Frankfurt! It is attached to a movie theater which is both cool and loud at times. There was very loud construction and a school nearby that made for quite a bit of noise during the day. Outside of that, the front desk was very accommodating, the breakfast was wonderful, and the area was very walkable. They have good wifi and can make accommodations for food allergies. No laundry service. "

"Hotel was clean today and spacious but area around was quite rough (just outside of Hbf so no surprises). Electronic check in on the street felt unsafe as all details could be seen by anybody passing. Would stay here again due to proximity to opera house and hotel itself was great. "
