"When I arrived, my reservation had already been fully paid in advance. However, at check-in, I was asked to pay for the room again, which resulted in being charged twice for the same reservation. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted me at check-in was not particularly helpful when I tried to clarify the situation.

"Big unit with comfortable beds
Pillows were terrible though. Had a small kitchen. The breakfast was good and lots of choices.
Close to Gent Dampoort station, less than 10 minute walk. About a 15 minute walk to city central and all the sites. A few restaurants closer than walking to the city. Overall good place if you don't mind the walk to sites and are looking for the extra room and kitchen."
"The description of the location for this hotel needs to be more specific. Unfortunately we didn’t do our geography homework thoroughly enough😤. This hotel is primarily for business users NOT tourists. It is on a business park on the outskirts of the city with NO public transport less than a 20 minute walk away. Taxi fares added expenses. No restaurant facility for evening meals."
"Do not book this dumpster- it was really horrible. I booked a superior room with two twin beds for my son and I. A young guy took us upstairs to a 3rd floor - steep steps no elevator my son had to carry both suitcases. The room only had one bed. I politely explained that we need two beds and I specifically booked two beds and paid for superior room. The guy was very rude and obnoxious he said he didn’t have any rooms with two beds. I said we want a refund after a little while he magically found...
"Nice stay, I booked a standard room so it didn’t have a luxury feel. I got what I paid for. It didn’t have coffee maker (no lid for the water compartment) and a tea kettle which were great. A few comments, the A/C never really cooled the room despite it being on 18C. They did check on it and got it to blow some cold air but it just took the edge off. Being Europe and a heatwave are also part of it.
Location was great for easy access to everything."
"Had a great stay with our Grand Kids. Had the large room for 5 people with plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool usage. Easy walking distance to the town center for us. Staff were exceptional to deal with."
