"We stayed at Bromo Permai hotel the night before departing for Mount Bromo. The hotel is located very near to the entrance of mount bromo itself which is convenient. The room was also big enough to accommodate all our trekking gear. Breakfast was basic and could be better. "

Only complaint is that the shower head was broken and the hot water ran out in seconds. Also the road is loud in the early morning as Jeeps go by, so not great if you’re a light sleeper. The man on reception was very apologetic and tried to contact his 'boss' but to no avail. Eventually he put us in a 'Villa', 'Cottage Room'.
